Prof. Dr. Li, born in 1965, graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology in 1986, received his Ph.D in the Institute of Organic Chemistry, Free University of Berlin, Germany in 1999. He is now full Professor of the Department of Chemistry, TsinghuaUniversity. His research interests are focused on fabrication of functional nanostructured materials and chemical systems using molecular self-assembly approach.
